Iron Maiden plan a film in concert on coming DVD

Metal legends Iron Maiden on their forthcoming South American tour, they plan in a few concert to film an coming DVD.

Chile's Foreign Minister Futuro 88.9 Bassist Steve Harris said the band will film April 8, and 10 of them shows in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Santiago, Chile, respectively, according to BraveWords.com.

Harris said, “Chileans and Argentines have been a great strength for us, and now we want to show the public more of those parts. We had already recorded there for the movie, Flight 666, but only one song per country. Now we’ll show the public much more of Chile and Argentina. Wherever we go, we always wondered what the best groups in the world were, and we thought South America, Chile, Argentina and Sao Paulo, Brazil. Now we can show it.”

Clearly that part of the world means something special to the Maiden groups.

He said, “I always thought that if we could take the public with us, it would be to those countries. The rest of the fans in the world can see how they react to the Chileans and Argentines, and will have something to draw from.”

Harris said the new DVD to prepare those responsible are those who on the "Flight 666" are working.

He said, “I have always been involved in the production and direction of our live shows, but now working with a very good company, the guys who made the documentary Flight 666. It is they who are responsible for recording the shows, so for me at least, is a great relief.”
